FRUIT – Fresh strawberries and lime are unbeatable for this mojito recipe! You’ll be muddling the strawberries so we suggest fresh over frozen, and be sure to use freshly squeezed lime juice instead of bottled for better flavor.
SUGAR – We use regular granulated white sugar, but some may prefer to use simple syrup in its place. To do so, simply sub the granulated sugar for 3 teaspoons simple syrup.

Frequently Asked Questions
Typically, mojitos are made with rum. We use a white rum here but if you prefer, you can use vodka in its place.
Sure, you can easily double, triple, or quadruple this recipe and store it in a pitcher. I would suggest you leave the ice out of the pitcher if you won’t be drinking it at a fast rate, as it can become watered down. Pour your ingredients into a pitcher, mix, then serve in glasses filled with ice garnished with a lime wedge and strawberry.
This strawberry mojito recipe is quick, easy, and perfect for serving at backyard parties, BBQs, and get-togethers this summer. Use up your bounty of freshly picked strawberries and mint leaves from the garden to make it!
