FRUIT – Fresh raspberries, strawberries, pineapple, melon, kiwi, blueberries, and blackberries are all great choices. You can truly use whatever fruit combo you’d like with this recipe, or do what we did and throw them all in together! You may also use frozen fruit.
JUICE – You’ll want to stick with a clear juice like white grapefruit, apple, white grape, and even lemonade so you can see your colorful bounty of fruit through the frozen juice. However, a darker juice works good as well like cranberry or grape. You could also use a clear soda, coconut water, or sparkling water if you prefer.

- Carefully place fresh fruit inside the popsicle mold, making sure to place some fruit directly against the sides of the mold. Do not overpack the fruit.
- Pour clear juice over the fruit to fill the mold and place your sticks according to your molds directions.
- Freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight.
- Carefully remove popsicles from the molds and serve.

You can easily make these homemade popsicles with a small disposable cup and popsicle stick using the same method as you would with a mold. To help your popsicle stick stand in the middle of your popsicle, use plastic wrap or tinfoil over the top of the cup and cut a small slit in the middle where you can insert the stick.
We like to stick to a clear juice when making fresh fruit popsicles. White cranberry, white grapefruit, white grape, lemonade, and apple juice work well, but you could also use a clear soda if you’d like. More great options are pink lemonade, cranberry juice, pineapple juice, and orange juice. To keep sugar count low, use a clear sugar free juice or opt for coconut water or sparkling water.
