However, we’ve found that this cinnamon honey butter isn’t only amazing on rolls but also spread onto sliced banana bread, banana muffins, and even pumpkin bread. It’s sweet, creamy, and perfectly spiced with warm cinnamon. Plus, it’ll keep well in your refrigerator for up to a month!

BUTTER – Be sure to allow your unsalted butter to fully soften before beginning. This will make it much easier to mix all the ingredients together leaving you with a creamy spread. Cut the butter into small cubes and allow it to rest at room temperature for around 20 minutes. The smaller you cut the butter into cubes, the quicker it’ll come to room temperature. If the butter isn’t softened to room temperature, you’ll end up with a clumpy mixture.
HONEY – As honey is in the name and gives you the full experience, I much prefer it in this recipe. However, you can substitute the honey with maple syrup if desired.
