Frequently Asked Questions
Trimming asparagus is quite simple. The woody roots (the white portion at the end of the asparagus) will need to be snapped or cut off before cooking. Hold your asparagus at both ends and do a quick but firm snap about 2 inches from the bottom. It should break right off! You can also cut the ends of your asparagus with a kitchen knife.
You can store your air fryer asparagus in an air-tight container kept in the refrigerator for up to one week. We love incorporating leftover asparagus into pasta dishes like our sun-dried tomato pesto or pasta primavera.
