Making air fryer brussels sprouts is quick and easy! These savory sprouts are roasted in just 6 minutes leaving a crispy outside and a tender inside.
Why this recipe works
These air fryer Brussels sprouts are topped with parmesan cheese and lightly coated in balsamic vinegar and olive oil helping them crisp up into a delicate char.
We’ve quickly turned to using an air fryer for all our vegetable roasting lately. It’s much quicker than the traditional roasting method and the crunch factor is always superior in our opinion. See our air fryer cauliflower and air fryer asparagus for perfect examples!

BRUSSELS SPROUTS – Pick out Brussels sprouts that are bright green in color with tightly wrapped leaves.
TOPPING – Balsamic vinegar mixed with olive oil complements Brussels sprouts wonderfully. If you’d like a different topping feel free to add or substitute with whatever you’d like! Red pepper flakes, soy sauce, feta cheese crumbles, bacon, and fresh garlic are more great options.
