CHICKEN – This recipe is perfect for using leftover chicken breasts, but it can also be made with sliced rotisserie chicken as well.
BACON – As with the chicken, you’ll start with already cooked bacon. I like to make an entire package of bacon and store it in a large ziptop bag in the fridge to use throughout the week. RANCH – Pre-bottled ranch works well, use your favorite brand or whisk up a batch of homemade buttermilk ranch dressing if you want to go the extra mile.
TOMATO – You can dice or slice the tomato, or omit it altogether if you aren’t a fan.
CHEESE – Like shredded cheese more? Go ahead and swap it with the sliced cheese.
How to Make Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap

- Spread 1 tablespoon Ranch dressing along the center of each tortilla.
- Press lettuce leaf onto Ranch dressing.
- Layer tomato slices, cheddar cheese slices, and sliced chicken breast strips onto the lettuce leaf.
- Add 2 strips of bacon.
- Roll up tortilla like a burrito by folding the two sides in, then rolling the wrap from one unfolded side. Tuck any loose fillings back in as you roll.
- Using a sharp knife, slice the wrap in half and serve.
Frequently Asked Questions & Expert Tips
You can definitely prepare this in advance though I would recommend at most, the morning of. If you want to prep it ahead of time, I would suggest adding the lettuce to the wrap first followed by the ranch dressing to create a barrier against the tortilla which will help keep it from becoming soggy.

- Be careful you don’t put more fillings than suggested as they will be very full already and will be much harder to roll up.
