SHRIMP – You will need 1 pound of large raw shrimp for this recipe. Frozen shrimp is perfectly fine, just be sure to thaw and pat it dry before beginning. You can remove the tails if you like. Tails are for presentation purposes or for using as a handle.
ADDITIONS – Butter, Old Bay seasoning, garlic salt, and lemon pepper are all you need to add a dose of flavor. Feel free to substitute with your favorite seasoning blend if desired, we also love it tossed in our homemade shrimp seasoning blend.

- Preheat oven to 350 F. Place a wire rack on top of a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, combine butter, Old Bay, garlic salt, and lemon pepper.
- Place shrimp into a large mixing bowl and pour on the butter mixture. Use gloved hands to toss the shrimp and butter mixture until coated well.
- Place prepared shrimp onto wire rack.
- Bake 10-13 minutes.

Store leftover baked shrimp in an air-tight container kept in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in a 350F oven on a baking sheet for 5-10 minutes, just until heated through. Be careful not to overcook the shrimp. You can cover the baking sheet with aluminum foil to prevent the shrimp from drying out.

This was easy and delicious – would cut back on the garlic salt next time as it was a tad too salty. My only comment would be – make sure your shrimp aren’t cold straight from the fridge. The liquidy sauce turned hard and clumped together as soon as I started stirring it into the shrimp as the shrimp was too cold and hardened the butter sauce. Other than that – very tasty.
