Ingredient Info and Substitution Suggestions
VODKA – We love the smooth taste of Ketel One vodka, but other good options include Wodka vodka or Tito’s. You can choose your favorite brand of vodka, the one you enjoy the taste of the most as the flavor will definitely make a difference.
CHAMBORD – Chambord is a black raspberry liqueur and is essential in a classic French martini. Some variations swap the Chambord with a blackcurrant liqueur known as creme de cassis, which creates a stronger cocktail.
PINEAPPLE JUICE – Choose 100% pineapple juice at the store. In fact, the fresher the better when it comes to this cocktail which means you can blend pineapple yourself and strain the pulp for the best quality. When shaken, the pineapple juice is what creates the delicate froth on top of your martini.

can this drink be made ahead as a group batch?
Amanda Davis says
Yes, I’ve done tht befre and stored it in a recycled plastic bottle with a lid. Then I can just shake the bottle to froth it up and pour.
