French Martini

Ingredients
- 2 ounces vodka
- ½ ounce Chambord black raspberry liqueur
- 1 ½ ounces pineapple juice
- ice
- raspberries optional as garnish
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
- Add vodka, Chambord, and pineapple juice.
- Cover cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds to chill and froth the pineapple juice.
- Strain into a martini glass.
- If desired, skewer a raspberry or two on a cocktail pick and add to the glass.

- If you like, you can chill the martini glasses before making this drink.
- Choose 100% pineapple juice at the store. In fact, the fresher the better when it comes to this cocktail which means you can blend pineapple yourself and strain the pulp for the best quality. When shaken, the pineapple juice is what creates the delicate froth on top of your martini.
