Too many people skip lunch. Then when late afternoon rolls around they are starving, so they binge on snack foods to hold them over. Then when dinner time comes, they aren’t hungry, or worse, they force it down anyway causing discomfort and sometimes unnecessary weight gain. Lunch is an important meal and shouldn’t be passed over. Even if you just enjoy a salad it’s better than skipping. There are several soup recipes here that freeze really well, just freeze them into lunch sized portions!
