This sweet and creamy soft caramel sauce is unbelievably easy to make at home – no candy thermometer required! And speaking of easy, the caramel lover in me is dying to try this caramel fudge!
It gives you all of the flavors of a caramel apple, but with a much more pleasant, chewy-soft texture and it’s a whole lot easier to serve! I keep this recipe in a mason jar in my fridge for a quick treat whenever I want a lighter dessert while still satisfying my sweet tooth.

- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup corn syrup
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
