MEAT– We’re using regular-cut boneless pork chops for this recipe. You can use thin cut, thick cut, or even bone-in pork chops but the cook time will vary. Cook until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
MARINADE– Our marinade is a simple yet flavorful mixture of lemon juice, mashed garlic, dried thyme, parsley sprigs, olive oil, and a bay leaf. Don’t forget the salt and pepper as well! These ingredients combine to make one deliciously tender pork chop. The longer you let your chops sit in the marinade, the better.

Frequently Asked Questions
We do not recommend layering pork chops in the air fryer. Air fryers need circulation to allow the meat to cook evenly. You want to make sure there is a bit of space between each of your pork chops when cooking.
Some air fryers require you to preheat them, others do not. A good rule to live by when it comes to air frying is to turn it to the temperature your recipe calls for and allow it to preheat for a few minutes before cooking.
Though air fryers work well with frozen foods, we suggest you thaw your pork chops before cooking in the air fryer. Plus, you want to be able to soak them in the delicious marinade before cooking!Â
Pork chops go well with so many different side dishes. Some of our favorites include sweet potato fries, roasted asparagus, baked mac and cheese, and roasted potatoes.
