These refreshing Mango Yogurt Popsicles are the flavor-blasted cousin of our cherry yogurt popsicles! These yogurt popsicles are a simple summer treat that requires just 3 ingredients and no refined sugar!
Mango Yogurt Popsicles
Since signing on for a popsicle cookbook deal last month, I’ve been making like…a lot of popsicles. My once monthly popsicle-making habit has turned into a twice-daily habit, at least. I find myself bringing popsicles up in otherwise pop-free conversation.
I excitedly run to the tulip-man when I find a flavor combo that rocks my socks, though his excitement for frozen ice treats fade at around batch 37. And now that I’m approaching the 60 popsicle recipe mark, I’ve come to realize some popsicle foundations that can never go wrong, one being that of yogurt and fruit.
So dig out your popsicle molds and blender, because this flavor combo is one of my favorite finds!
To make these Mango Yogurt Popsicles you’ll need:
- 1 ¼ cup plain yogurt
- 1 heaping cup chopped mango
- 2 Tbsp honey

Making Mango Yogurt Popsicles
- Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Pour into molds, leaving a little space at the top for them to expand. Insert sticks and freeze until hard (at least 4 hours).
- Run the mold under warm water for a few seconds to loosen them up, then remove from the mold.
You can use virtually any fruit in this recipe, but I particularly love the combination of creamy yogurt and sweet, juicy mango. It’s almost like an Indian mango lassi smoothie!
If you’re feeling like giving these pops a little more oomph, try finely dicing some fresh mango and sprinkling it into each popsicle mold to give the pops a fun texture.

Does it matter what kind of yogurt you use? I always have non-fat plain Greek yogurt. Will that work?
Amanda Davis says
Plain regular yogurt would be best. Plain Greek yogurt could make them too sour :)
