Frequently Asked Questions & Expert Tips
When stored properly in an air-tight container, this seasoning should stay fresh for about 1-4 years. Check the back of your spice bottles when making the seasoning and be sure to mark the date on your container so you can easily keep track of when you made it. Seasonings don’t really expire, they more so lose their potency over time.
This is really up to individual preference and is dependant upon how many french fries you are seasoning. Start with about a teaspoon for a batch of fries and work your way up to your liking.
If you are baking or air frying your french fries, season them before cooking. If frying, season right after they come out of the oil.
