This will make 7 ½ teaspoons = about 2 tablespoons (enough for roughly 6 pounds of potatoes).
Shelf life – 1-4 years (see expiration date on your spice bottles).
For baked or air fryer french fries, add the seasoning before cooking. If deep-frying, add the seasoning right after they come out of the oil.
