We’re a bit obsessed with putting a fruity twist on traditional mojitos. Mojitos in themselves are a delicious Cuban cocktail with lots of different variations like strawberry mojitos, peach mojitos, and coconut mojitos.
With summer almost in full swing, taking advantage of the seasonal fruit is a must! Making a blackberry mojito is super simple and full of citrus and fruity components splashed with rum and club soda.

FRUIT – Fresh blackberries are recommended for this recipe. The flavor from freshly muddled blackberry juice is delicious!
SUGAR – We use regular granulated white sugar, but some may prefer to use simple syrup in its place. To do so, simply sub the granulated sugar for 3 teaspoons simple syrup.

- Add blackberries, mint, lemon juice from one wedge, and lime juice from one wedge to a tall glass.
- Muddle with a muddler until blackberries are crushed.
- Add rum.
- Add ice to almost fill the cup.
- Fill glass with club soda. Mix thoroughly with a straw, stick, or spoon.
- Garnish with lemon, lime, and fresh blackberries.
