- Wrap tofu in paper towels and gently squeeze to remove any excess moisture. Cut tofu into 2-inch cubes. Place cubed tofu into a large mixing bowl.
- Sprinkle onion powder, garlic salt, and cornstarch over the tofu and toss to coat.

The recipe calls for the tofu to be cut into 2 inch cubes.
the picture shows what appears ti be 1/2 inch cubes.
Please explain the difference.

The tofu was cut into 2-inch cubes but tofu will shrink a bit once cooked. However, they were definitely not 1/2-inch, that could be an optical illusion as the photo may make them look smaller. At any rate, you can really cut the tofu however you like. We chose cubes for this recipe, but you could cut them into sticks, rectangles, cubes, etc. It will cook the same. Hope you enjoy it! :)
