Air Fryer Tofu

extra firm tofu

teaspoon
onion powder
1
teaspoon
garlic salt

cornstarch

soy sauce

sesame oil
Instructions
Wrap tofu in paper towels and gently squeeze to remove any excess moisture. Cut tofu into 2-inch cubes. Place cubed tofu into a large mixing bowl.
Sprinkle onion powder, garlic salt, and cornstarch over the tofu and toss to coat.
Add soy sauce and sesame oil and toss to coat again.
Add tofu to the air fryer basket so that no pieces are touching.
Air fry tofu at 400 F for 10 minutes, shaking after 5 minutes.

Notes
Extra-firm tofu is best for this recipe. Soft tofu won’t hold its shape as well when cooked.
