Crispy golden brown air fryer ravioli is an easy to make appetizer for all types of gatherings!

With just 5 ingredients and 5 minutes of cook time, you have delicious air fryer ravioli ready as an appetizer for whenever you see fit. Serve alongside jarred marinara or homemade pizza sauce.
While we love deep-fried foods, air frying is a much better alternative as you don’t need to worry about grease splatter and the mess it can create. We can even show you how to make your own air fryer mozzarella sticks without the hassle of deep-frying!

PASTA– The star of the dish is of course, ravioli. You can choose whichever filling you’d like for your stuffed pasta. We use deli fresh ravioli, but you can use freezer ravioli as well. Let it thaw to room temperature before beginning the recipe.
BREADING– To create the crumb on top of the pasta we’re using flour and Italian seasoned breadcrumbs. These two ingredients create a lovely golden brown topping with a light crunch.

How to Make Air Fryer Ravioli

- Set up a dipping station with two Ziploc bags and a pie plate or bowl.
- In the pie plate or bowl, add the eggs and lightly beat. In one Ziploc bag add the flour, in the second add the breadcrumbs.
- Add the ravioli to the bag with flour. Close and shake.
- Remove the ravioli shaking off the excess flour and add to the pie plate with eggs. Toss or use a pastry brush to coat with egg wash.
- Add the raviolis to the breadcrumb bag 1/2 at a time and shake.
- Spray the air fryer with non-stick spray. In a single layer, add the raviolis into the basket and spray with olive oil. Air fry on 350F for 2 minutes, flip and spray again with olive oil. Fry another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve sprinkled with fresh parmesan, basil, and dip in marinara.

- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 2 large eggs beaten
