How to Make Air Fryer French Toast Bites

- In a large mixing bowl, stir to combine sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
- Cut the bread into 1-inch bite-sized pieces.
- Whisk the egg and mix in the buttermilk, 3 tablespoons of sugar, and maple extract.
- Add the bread cubes to the egg mixture and stir to evenly coat all pieces.
- Use non-stick spray or foil in the air fryer basket to prevent sticking. Place bread into the air fryer.
- Set heat to 350 F and cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove french toast bites from the air fryer and immediately add to the bowl of cinnamon sugar. Toss to coat.
- Serve warm with maple syrup and a sprinkle of powdered sugar.

- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
French Toast Bites
- 12 slices cinnamon raisin bread 1 loaf
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 large eggs
- ½ cup buttermilk
- 1 tsp maple extract
- Powdered sugar & maple syrup optional garnish
