Ingredient Info and Substitution Suggestions
BEEF – We use 85/15 ground beef to make our patties, but you can also use 80/20. Both of which offer deliciously juicy results.
ADDITIONS – To our ground beef, we’ll be adding both minced garlic and minced onion for additional flavor. Sauteeing the onion and garlic before incorporating into the beef will ensure they are fully cooked through. If you don’t want to spend the extra few minutes sauteeing the garlic and onion you can opt for their powder variants which can be added along with the salt and pepper.
SEASONING – Salt and pepper keep it nice and classic, but you can easily use your favorite blend of seasonings on the patties. Kick it up a notch and use Cajun seasoning!
