I mean, it’s a brownie! We’ve adapted our favorite fudge brownie recipe to make them in the air fryer. Using the air fryer for brownies is so easy, and great for individual servings.

Don’t over mix the batter. Use a wooden spoon instead of a hand mixer and only stir until all dry traces are gone. Over mixing can make your brownies tough, and no one wants tough brownies!
How to Make Air Fryer Brownies

- Pour melted butter over chocolate chips in a bowl and allow to sit for a minute to soften chocolate.
- Stir with wooden spoon.
- Add eggs, cocoa, sugar and vanilla and stir.
- Stir in the flour just until no more traces of flour remain. Do not over-mix.
- Spray 5 ramekins with cooking spray and fill 3/4 full with batter.
- Air Fry at 330F for 17 minutes.
- Sprinkle with more chocolate chips and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
