Tender on the inside with a beautiful crust on the outside, these broiled lamb chops are quick and easy to make in under 15 minutes total.
Why this recipe works
This broiled lamb chops recipe leaves tons of room for variation. If you have a specific combination of seasoning that you prefer or if you want to use our lamb chop marinade as we did, you can choose to go either route. Likewise with the type of chop you decide to use, rib or loin, we can show you how.
While we will always love grilled and baked lamb chops, sometimes you need a quicker method to lean on. Simply set your oven to broil and you’ll have tender chops in under 15 minutes. If you decide to use the marinade, you will also need to account for at least 1 hour for the meat to soak in the flavor.
