Hot Spinach Dip
We used fresh spinach (and lots of it!) to make the dip more filling and balance out all of that (completely necessary) cheese. You can also use artichokes, but they are not completely essential because of the amount of spinach used.
In the recipe I indicate that you need to taste and season with salt and pepper – do not skip this step! And feel free to add in whatever additional spices or seasoning you see fit. Add a dash of paprika or a bit of oregano if it seems right to you. Comforting, party-style food is all about taste so make your spinach dip suit your taste!
