A deliciously sweet and sour apple drink, this cinnamon applesauce cocktail tastes just like its name claims!
Why this recipe works
You’ll need just three ingredients for this cinnamon applesauce cocktail, Fireball whiskey, sour apple schnapps, and pineapple juice. It’s a sweet, fruity, and lightly sour tasting cocktail that’s great for fall parties or all year round!
With notes of tart apple, woody cinnamon, and fruity pineapple this cocktail is an adult beverage version of cinnamon applesauce. It’s a distant cousin of the appletini, with a fun twist!

Ingredient Info and Substitution Suggestions
LIQUOR – Sour apple Schnapps/sour apple pucker, or Sour Puss Apple (pictured above) both work for this recipe, as well as any sour apple liquor. For the cinnamon side of this cocktail, we’re using Fireball Whiskey. If you’d like an alternative to Fireball, try Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Fire or Jim Beam Kentucky Fire Whiskey. You may also experiment with cinnamon liquor if you’d like.
