Quick and easy air fryer steak bites are cooked in only 7 minutes with 4 simple ingredients. Juicy, tender steak in a snap that begs for a heaping scoop of mashed potatoes!

Why this recipe works
Air fryer steak bites are probably one of the easiest steak recipes you’ll get your hands on. No reverse sear, no charcoal, and no sizzling olive oil in a skillet to clean up. Just tender poppable portions of juicy steak morsels tossed in simple seasonings, plus your trusty air fryer of course. You’ll spend more time “prepping” this meal than it takes to cook it. All you have to do is cube, toss in seasoning, and pop those suckers into the air fryer. Let that cute mini convection oven take care of the rest for you.
Cutting your steak into bite-sized pieces is great for meal prep or serving at parties with garlic butter sauce. If you’d prefer to cook a whole hunk of meat, we can show you how to make air fryer steak as well.

Ingredient Info and Substitution Suggestions
STEAK – Look for a lean but marbled sirloin tip roast, or be sure to trim off most of the fat.
SEASONINGS – The measurements for the seasonings are just suggestions based off of our own tastes. You can reduce or increase the seasonings to your liking. We felt a blend of Montreal steak seasoning and garlic salt was plenty to give these steak bites flavor.

I personally love to serve them over creamy mashed potatoes with garlic butter drizzled on top. Oh, and they’re great for meal prepping too! Cook, allow to cool, then pop them into a container with mashed potatoes (or rice) as well as your side of choice. So easy.
