Deliciously sweet with hints of citrus, coconut, and a light punch of peanut butter whiskey, this skrew loose cocktail is a fun mixer for the summer months with an explosion of fruity fresh flavors!
Why this recipe works
Not to be confused with a classic screwdriver, this skrew loose cocktail comes through with its own unique blend of coconut rum, orange juice, pineapple juice, and Skrewball peanut butter whiskey. This vibrant sipper is sure to be a conversation starter with its fruity flavors and secret ingredient.
When I originally created this cocktail, it was inspired by something I ordered from the bar at the movie theater. They offered up the ingredients, but not the measurements. Mine is definitely stronger than theirs, but totally delicious! Whenever we have friends over and I shake up this drink, there are always repeat requests for it.

Ingredient Info and Substitution Suggestions
WHISKEY – The Skrewball peanut butter whiskey is what really makes this cocktail unique. Who would think to pair fruity notes with something peanut butter flavored? I’m telling you it works! The peanut butter-flavored whiskey ever so slightly emerges, but the fruit juices and coconut rum really help level it all together.
If you feel that this cocktail might be too strong for you, reduce the alcohols to 1 ounce and keep the juice measurements the same.

The peanut butter whiskey really makes this cocktail stand out and is part of what makes it a “skrew loose cocktail”, but if you needed, you can use any flavor of whiskey in this drink.
