When I saw this recipe I thought “no way an air fryer will do potatoes like restaurants do”. There’s nothing like a baked potato with a crispy seasoned outer skin and a soft inside ready for your favorite toppings. Well, was I ever wrong this is just perfect. You can put a batch on to cook while you prepare the rest of the meal and let everyone add all their favorite toppings. Yum! This is another one that I just LOVE!
