This air fryer steak raises the game a notch or two yielding perfectly brown crusted steak with a tender, juicy interior every time – plus, it’s done in less than 25 minutes from start to finish.
Why this recipe works
Who said grilled steak was the only way you could cook up a juicy slab of beef? While grilling out is a great option when the weather is optimal, making air fryer steak is the way to go when the weather isn’t so cooperative, or well, you just don’t have a grill to do so. Let the air fryer do all the work for you with minimal clean-up and hands-off cooking.

Reduce or increase the amount of time based on your preference.
SEASONING – Montreal steak seasoning is a staple for us along with a little bit of garlic salt, which is optional. You can use your favorite seasoning mix or even opt for our ribeye steak marinade instead.
