Spiderweb Cocktail

Ingredients
- ice
- 2 ounces coffee liqueur such as Kahlua
- 4 ounces vodka regular or flavored
- 2 ounces heavy whipping cream
- ½ cup mini marshmallows for spiderweb topping
Instructions
Cocktail
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour the coffee liqueur, vodka, and heavy cream over the top.2 ounces coffee liqueur, 4 ounces vodka, 2 ounces heavy whipping cream
- Give the whole thing a good shake and then strain into your coupe glasses.
Spiderweb Topping
- Microwave the mini marshmallows for 20 seconds, or until soft.1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- Dip your fingertips into the soft marshmallow and spread the melted marshmallow around the rim of the glass, stretching from one side to the other. You can wet your fingertips with a little bit of water so it isn't quite as messy.
Notes
- Heavy whipping cream is best here, so that the cocktail comes out nice and creamy. It's entirely doable to use milk, but you won't get the same results (color, texture, flavor). Half and half would be my recommendation if you don't have heavy cream on hand.
- We opted for regular vodka, but you can easily substitute with marshmallow, vanilla, coffee, or caramel flavored vodkas.
