Ingredients
- 1 oz gin
- 1 oz Campari
- 1 oz sweet red vermouth
- orange twist for garnish
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a large mixing glass with ice and stir for 20-30 seconds.
- Strain into rock glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
Notes
- This is the component that makes this cocktail what it is. Campari is a bitter Italian liquor. If you can't seem to find Campari, you can try substituting with Aperol which will give the drink a sweeter taste.
- This cocktail takes equal parts of each liquor, so I highly suggest using a jigger or a small measuring glass to measure each out.
