Blue Hawaiian Jello Shots

Ingredients

box of Berry Blue Jell-O
¾
cup
boiling water

cup
pineapple juice
chilled. 120g
½
cup
coconut rum
such as Malibu. 125g
¼
cup
blue curacao

Optional Garnish
whipped cream
maraschino cherries
pineapple wedges
Instructions
Combine the Jell-O powder and boiling water in a mixing bowl with a pourable spout.
Whisk until the powder has dissolved.
Add the pineapple juice, coconut rum, and blue curaçao, whisking until incorporated.
Set 14 plastic cups on a tray and carefully pour the Jell-O mixture into each cup, filling them ¾ full.
Place the tray in the refrigerator for 4 hours to set.
Remove the tray from the refrigerator and garnish with whipped cream, a maraschino cherry, and a piece of pineapple.
Serve immediately.

Notes
You can make a non-alcoholic version and still keep the tropical flavor by substituting the alcohol with coconut water.
