Beat softened cream cheese and greek yogurt together in a bowl using a hand mixer set to medium speed.
Beat the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and almond extract together until medium peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until soft and fluffy.
Peel, separate, and halve the mandarins. Peel and slice kiwi. Hull and slice the strawberries.
Slice your watermelon into 3 1-inch thick rounds.
Top watermelon slices with the cream cheese mixture using a rubber spatula to spread evenly.
Line the perimeter of the cream cheese layer with blueberries.
Top with pineapple, kiwi, oranges, strawberries, blackberries, and raspberries.
Use a sharp kitchen knife to slice the watermelon round into 6 wedges. Repeat the process for all three watermelon slices.
This recipe makes 3 watermelon pizzas. If you only want one pizza, save the extra cream cheese and yogurt mixture to dip the extra fruit in on the side.
