Spicy Potatoes

medium Yukon Gold Potatoes

minced garlic

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 F. Spray a large baking sheet with olive oil cooking spray.
Wash and dry potatoes. Cut into quarters. Place quartered potatoes in a large mixing bowl.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine all seasoning ingredients.
Pour seasoning over the potatoes and using gloved hands, toss to coat.
Place seasoned potatoes on prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.

You can adjust the seasoning of these potatoes to your liking. If you want them spicier, simply up the cayenne and/or red pepper flakes.
You can substitute the Yukon Gold potatoes with russet if desired. Try to cube the potatoes roughly the same size so they cook evenly in the oven.
Whether you peel or leave the skin on the potatoes is up to you, but we highly recommend leaving the skins on as they crisp up well when baked!
