If you love your air fryer, then making air fryer bagels from scratch is a must! Just 5 common ingredients and about 20 minutes and you'll be chowing on breakfast!
In a large bowl combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk to combine.
Add yogurt to the dry ingredients and mix as well as you can in the bowl before turning out onto a piece of parchment paper or the counter.
Knead a few times until the dough completely comes together.
Separate dough into four equal sized balls and turn out onto a lightly floured piece of parchment paper.
Using floured hands form the balls of dough into patties.
Insert your thumb into the middle of each patty of dough to create a center hole.
Simultaneously squeeze and rotate the dough, increasing the inner hole and creating an “o” shape.
Air fry at 300F for 6 minutes.
Brush the bagels in the air fryer with egg wash and sprinkle with your desired toppings. Return basket to the air fryer and allow to cook an additional 9-12 minutes (for a total of 15-18 minutes).

Notes
You can serve the bagels plain, or choose from your favorite toppings. We love Everything Bagel Mix, but other options include sesame seeds, poppy seeds, or Parmesan cheese.
You can also try add-ins like sunflower seeds mixed into the bagel dough.
You can toast your homemade bagels in the air fryer by slicing them in half, then air frying for 2-3 minutes at 360F.
