Instructions
Begin with a large cutting board, tray, or serving platter. Place some items in cups, such as celery, bacon, and longer vegetables. You may want to place some items in small bowls such as olives, beets, or onions.
Place the cups and bowls around on the platter.
Fill in spaces with cheese, pickles, olives, pickled vegetables, tomatoes, etc.
Place the cocktail picks in a cup near the board.
You can spread the green items around the board and place items of color mixed around. Also, intermix colors and shapes for visual interest. For example, place long asparagus by red tomatoes.
Notes
Store all leftover garnishes in the refrigerator as well as V8 or Clamato.
