Lamb Chop Marinade

soy sauce

balsamic vinegar

chopped shallots

lemon zest

tablespoon
chopped fresh rosemary

chopped fresh mint leaves
Instructions
Combine all marinade ingredients and whisk together.
Place marinade in a glass baking dish or a gallon zipper bag.
Place lamb chops in the marinade and turn to coat. Allow to marinate for 1 hour, or up 3 hours.
Remove chops from marinade and pat dry with paper towels before cooking.
