Dirty Martini Dip

pimento stuffed olives
sliced

cream cheese

mayonnaise
½
cup
sour cream

Tablespoons
green olive brine
optional

shallot
finely chopped

teaspoon
garlic powder

teaspoon
Italian seasoning
1
teaspoon
dried dill
½
teaspoon
onion powder
½
teaspoon
ground black pepper
½
cup
blue cheese crumbles
optional
green onion
sliced, for garnish
Instructions
In a large bowl add the ingredients (excluding the bleu cheese and green onions).
Mix until fully combined.
Add the bleu cheese to the mixture. Gently fold the bleu cheese crumbles into the mixture.
Transfer to your serving bowl and top with the green onions.
This dip can be served immediately, but for best results allow the dip to refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Notes
You can use kalamata olives or green olives for this recipe.
Do note that the brine and bleu cheese crumbles will add additional salt. If the dip is too salty you can add a squeeze of lemon juice or a teaspoon of honey.
