Bailey's Irish Cream

scoops
chocolate ice cream
Optional Garnish
chocolate syrup
maraschino cherries
whipped cream
sprinkles
Instructions
Brew 2 cups of strong coffee using your preferred method.
Measure out 3 ounces of Bailey's into each mug.
Place 2 scoops of chocolate ice cream into each mug and pour 1 cup of coffee overtop.
Garnish as desired and serve immediately.

Notes
You can easily swap the coffee out for decaf without affecting the flavor or outcome of your float.
Vanilla ice cream can be used instead of chocolate if preferred.
