Air Fryer Roast Beef

Ingredients
2 ½
pounds
sirloin tip roast

olive oil

Tablespoon
fresh chopped rosemary leaves
1 ½
teaspoons
garlic salt
1
Tablespoon
onion powder
2
teaspoons
black pepper
Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, rosemary, garlic salt, onion powder, and black pepper.
If needed to hold the roast together, tie with twine.
Rub olive oil mixture all over the roast.
Preheat air fryer to 400 F for 5 minutes.
Place prepared roast into the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes. Flip the roast. Reduce air fryer to 360 F and cook an additional 15 minutes.
Remove from air fryer and place on cutting board. Tent with foil and let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
