It’s best to bring the lamb chops to room temperature before cooking. Remove them from the refrigerator about 30 minutes before beginning.
Lamb loin chops are best enjoyed when they reach an internal temperature of 130F. This is considered medium-rare. Use an instant-read thermometer to gauge the temperature. Cook to 135-140F for medium. Do note that the chops will rise in temperature when you allow them to rest for around 5 minutes.
Store leftover lamb chops in an air-tight container kept in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Use the reheat function on the air fryer for warming them back up.
