fresh green beans
ends trimmed

Tablespoon
minced garlic

teaspoons
salt
½
teaspoon
black pepper

olive oil
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine minced garlic, salt and pepper. Add olive oil. Stir to combine.
Place green beans in a large bowl. Pour oil mixture over the beans and using gloved hands, toss everything together until beans are covered.
Preheat air fryer to 375 F.
Place a single layer of prepared beans in the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.

Notes
When shopping for fresh green beans, they should be firm but flexible, not soft. When you break a bean it should make a snapping sound.
There's no need to soak or blanch green beans before air frying them. Simply rinse them off to rid them of any dirt.
Store any leftovers in an air-tight container kept in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in the air fryer using the reheat function.
