2lbboneless skinless chicken breastssliced into tenders
1cupall purpose flour
3eggswhisked
1cupItalian seasoned breadcrumbs
olive oil sprayor avocado oil spray
Instructions
Cut the chicken breast into tender pieces, about 4-5 inches in length and 1 inch thick.
Whisk the eggs in a bowl and set aside.
Set up the dredging station with three bowls. One for the flour, one with the whisked eggs, and one with the seasoned breadcrumbs.
Dredge the chicken tenders in flour, followed by egg, and lastly with breadcrumbs.
Working in two batches, lay the tenders in the air fryer basket with space around each to allow for air flow and even cooking. Spray the top with olive or avocado oil.
Air fry at 400F for 5 minutes, flipping half way through and spraying the other side with oil.
