Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well.
Store in an airtight container in the pantry or cabinet for up to a year.
Notes
You can substitute the chili powder with chipotle chili powder if you prefer a spicier blend, or simply add a bit of cayenne to the mix.
Either Greek oregano or Mexican oregano can be used, though the two have different flavor profiles. Go with your favorite.
