Dill pickle dip is made with a mayo-sour cream base that's loaded with seasonings, fresh dill weed, pickle juice, and chopped pickles. It really is a pickle lovers dream!
In a mixing bowl, add mayonnaise, sour cream, pickles, minced onion, seasoned salt, garlic, fresh dill weed and pickle juice.
Stir until well combined.
Refrigerate for 8 hours for best results. Enjoy!
Notes
Serve with carrots, celery, bell peppers, sugar snap peas, or cherry tomatoes or go the crunchy/salty route with pretzels, potato chips, crackers, or pita chips.
Store homemade dill pickle dip in an air-tight container kept in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
We highly recommend allowing your dip to rest in the refrigerator overnight (8 hours) which makes this the perfect make-ahead party appetizer as it lets all the flavors mingle together. If you are crunched on time, 2-3 hours in the fridge will still produce a tasty dip.
If desired, you can substitute the mayo with cream cheese (about 12 oz).
