Combine the cake mix, eggs, and apple pie filling in a food processor or a blender.
Fill cupcake liners or pan 3/4 full with batter.
Bake in a 350 F oven for 22-24 minutes.
Cool completely on wire rack. If you like, you can top your cupcakes with whipped cream or frosting, a sprinkle of cinnamon, apple pie spice, or apple pie filling.
