heavy whipping cream

Instructions
In a blender, add ice cream, milk, and vanilla extract. Blend until well combined.
For homemade whipped cream, combine heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar in a mixer and beat until medium peaks form.
Pour the mixture into a glass. Complete with whipped cream and salted caramel sauce.
Notes
Optionally drizzle salted caramel sauce around the inside of your milkshake glass, or add some to the vanilla ice cream mixer before blending.
