Keto Cheese Crackers
Cutting back drastically on carbohydrate intake means giving up things like crackers made with flour. The beauty of these one ingredients crackers is it's just cheese!

slices
reduced fat cheddar cheese
about 1.2 ounces
Seasoning

Instructions
Preheat oven to 300 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut slices into squares or strips. You can get about 16 squares from each slice.
Place cut squares/strips onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Sprinkle with Everything Bagel seasoning or any other seasoning or salt you prefer. This step is optional, no seasoning is necessary.
Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 1-2 minutes before removing them to a small bowl.
Notes
I use kitchen shears, but you can use a knife or pizza cutter.
I use Sargento Reduced Fat Medium Cheddar slices. I have also used Pepper Jack (reduced fat) in the same brand.
