Drain and dry pickle chips on a few paper towels. Dry as best as possible.
Add the garlic salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika to the flour bowl and mix. In a separate bowl beat the egg. In a third bowl add the panko breadcrumbs.
Dredge the pickles in the flour mixture, then into a bowl with the beaten egg, and lastly into the panko breadcrumbs.
Spray the air fryer grate with cooking spray. Lay the pickle chips in the basket so as not to overlap. You may need to do this in batches. Lightly spray with cooking oil.
Air fry at 385F for 5-7 minutes. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
