Air Fryer Chicken Breasts
Cooking chicken breasts in the air fryer is not only faster than other methods, the results are juicy and delicious.

ounces
boneless skinless chicken breasts
about 4 breasts

cup
olive oil

teaspoon
salt
1/2
teaspoon
fine black pepper
1
teaspoon
onion powder
1/2
teaspoon
garlic powder
1
teaspoon
dried basil
1
teaspoon
dried parsley
1
teaspoon
dried thyme
1
teaspoon
dried tarragon
1 1/2
tablespoons
fresh lemon juice
about 1/2 of one lemon
Instructions
Preheat air fryer at 370F.
In a gallon size zipper plastic bag add all of the ingredients. Zip shut, shake and roll around ingredients so chicken is covered with seasonings.
Remove from the bag and place into a preheated air fryer ensuring there is room around each breast.
Cook for 10 minutes, no need to flip.
Remove from the air fryer to a plate and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Notes
There is no need to spray the air fryer basket. The olive oil on the chicken will prevent it from sticking.
You can air fry this right away or lay flat in the refrigerator for up to overnight.
